The flight provides amazing views of the famous Egyptian landscape, including the pyramids of Giza. Your first stop in the trip to Cairo after you meet your guide will be at the Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. These iconic pyramids were built over 4,500 years ago. They are a testament to the incredible achievements of ancient Egyptians. You can explore the inside of one of the smaller pyramids, or admire the view from outside.
Your trip to Cairo continues with a visit to the Giza Sphinx. The Sphinx is a massive limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a human. This imposing monument has been gazing at passersby for thousands of years, and is an important symbol of ancient Egyptian culture. Local guides can help you get more information and dive deeper into the history of the Sphinx.
After Giza, it’s time for lunch! The trip to Cairo tour includes a traditional Egyptian meal that you can enjoy at a local restaurant. You have included soft drinks and water as well as a nice selection of local and international foods.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Egyptian Museum, home to some of the most significant ancient Egyptian artefacts in the world. Highlights include Tutankhamun’s famous treasure trove, as well as relics from other pharaohs such as Ramses II and more.
The day ends with a drive through downtown Cairo, where you can see some of the city’s most famous landmarks including the Al-Azhar Mosque and Coptic Cathedral.

We recommend to take:

The air-conditioned bus picks you up from your hotel in Hurghada in the early morning and brings you to Hurghada Airport. Instead of spending 6 hours in the bus you have a one-hour long flight in the morning and you arrive in Cairo relaxed and ready for a day-long adventure.
Your guide will be waiting for you at front of the arrival hall of the airport and will be at your side during the entire trip.
After visiting local sights you get lunch in a local restaurant.
During the felucca trip (not included in the price) you will get to know Cairo from a different perspective - the Nile.
In the evening, your guide will take you back to Cairo airport.
Upon arrival in Hurghada, the transfer bus will be waiting for you and will take you back to your hotel.
Attention: the order of the sights can be changed by the tour guide if necessary!
